Direct Selling News celebrated individuals and companies for their continued success and commitment in the DSN Global Celebrations 2024. The event honored direct selling companies who surpassed $100 million in revenue and outstanding direct sellers for their exceptional contributions and achievements in various fields including innovation, impact, philanthropic efforts, and leadership.
The direct selling companies were recognized with the top positions based on their annual revenue for the year 2023. DSN celebrates companies and individuals every year to display the potential of the direct selling industry for researchers and investors who seek opportunities within the industry, thus widening its acceptance.
DSN global 100 list of top direct selling companies
The DSN list of top direct selling companies for the year 2024 had 58 companies across 16 countries who recorded $100 million in annual revenue for 2023.

DSN Bravo Awards 2024
Direct Selling News 2024 honors individuals and companies for various efforts with distinct award categories. This year’s DSN Global 100 celebration witnessed many industry leaders and achievers bestowed with awards in various categories for their dedication and commitment showcased in the direct selling industry.
A new category was unveiled—Bravo Supplier Award, which recognized companies that support and work towards ensuring growth of the direct selling channel. Here are the winners of the Direct Selling News Bravo 2024 awards.
Bravo Global Good Award – Mary Kay Inc.
Mary Kay was recognized for the positive impact they created through their sustainability initiatives and philanthropic efforts.
Bravo Innovator Award – Scout & Cellar
The technological innovations of Scout & Cellar pairing emerging technologies like AI have been honored with the Bravo Innovator award.
Bravo Supplier Award – Foley & Lardner Law Firm
Foley & Lardner Law Firm was recognized for their efforts in helping Neora fight their case against FTC thus ensuring the integrity of the direct selling channel.
Bravo Impact Award – Hy Cite, Red Aspen, and Neora
The category had 3 winners for their various achievements in the direct selling industry. Hy Cite, Red Aspen, and Neora shared the honor for their excellence, dedication, and resilience. Hy Cite, from being a garage start to a successful direct selling company with 10,000+ distributors, has worked their way through thick and thin to mark their remarkable revenue growth in 2023.
Red Aspen was recognized for their futuristic strategies and ethical business practices making them true leaders in the direct selling channel. Neora was appreciated for its resoluteness and resilience that led them to their victory against FTC, marking it an all-time success story in the history of direct selling.
Bravo Growth Award – LifeWave
The company witnessed significant growth in the US market recording a year-over-year revenue of $370 million in 2023. This was a 50% increase compared to the previous year and 2000% as opposed to its growth in the past 5 years. LifeWave was recognized by DSN for with the Bravo Growth Award for its exponential growth within a short span.
International Bravo Growth Award – PM-International and Utility Warehouse (UW)
The category had two winners sharing the award for their remarkable growth potential in the international market. PM-International, the Luxembourg-based direct selling company has established successfully in the global market with 30 years of consistent growth and success. Utility Warehouse, the UK-based energy services provider saw an impressive surge in their revenue from $2 billion in 2022 to $2.9 billion in 2023.
Bravo Excellence Award – Nathan Moore, President of Global Sales and Marketing, Mary Kay
Nathan Moore was honored with Bravo Excellence Award for his excellence and ability to rise above and beyond his capabilities to lead the company to success with his exceptional business strategies.
Bravo Leadership Award – Jeff Olson and Glenn Sanford
The award for demonstrating excellent leadership skills was shared by Jeff Olson, CEO and founder of Neora and Glenn Sanford, Glenn Sanford, Founder of eXp World Holdings and CEO of eXp Realty. Jeff led the way for Neora’s landmark victory against FTC upholding the company’s mission and the integrity of the direct selling industry.
Glenn lives true to his success mantra “The best way to predict the future is to invent it”. He has not only carved a success path for himself but for thousands of real estate agents with his innovative and high-spirited leadership strategies.
Bravo Legacy Award – JR Ridinger, Founder of Market America
JR Ridinger was a visionary leader who wanted to build a culture more than a company of empowerment and collaboration. He was honored for the legacy he left behind, in empowering fellow community in achieving their dreams.
Loren, the proud wife of JR, received the honor on his behalf.
Bravo Lifetime Achievement Award – Jerry Brassfield and Rick Goings
The Bravo Lifetime Achievement Award had two winners—Jerry Brassfield and Rick Goings.
Jerry Brassfield, the Founder and Chairman of NeoLife, began his career in direct selling at a young age of 19. Since then, he has put his focus on one thing—building relationships.
Rick Goings, the Chairman Emeritus, Tupperware Brands is also the Chairman and Co-Founder of the World Federation of Youth Clubs, an organization that supports youth organizations around the world. Tupperware has accumulated numerous awards and tremendous growth under his leadership. Rick Goings contributions to the direct selling industry has been phenomenal and the award rightly honors his contributions.
