How distributors can build their successful network marketing businesses

Vandana:

You have been a selfless mentor for thousands of network marketers. How selfless do you think should a network marketer be in their sales process?

Benjamin:

It can never be about yourself. It’s about helping others. The more you help the better.

Vandana:

What are the prime qualities of a good network marketer, or rather, how can an individual determine if they can excel as a network marketer?

Benjamin:

You have to build great friendships and relationships with others in your life. Being positive and believing in your own goals and dreams even when you get knocked for the goal or what You are doing. Relationships are the real key.

Vandana:

What factors influence the success of a network marketer in the field?

Benjamin:

Relationships and a positive mindset.

Vandana:

What is an effective follow up strategy to accelerate sales conversions in network marketing?

Benjamin:

Follow ups are about building the relationship more than the next sale. If a person feels that you are just a sale, they will barely stay long.

Vandana:

What strategies do you recommend for building a strong network?

Benjamin:

Getting to know people better. Being friendly and refusing to push what you have on them. They will ask if they know you can help, or you can ask if they want to do something when they are speaking about an issue they are facing.

Vandana:

You have been in the industry witnessing a lot of changes, challenges, and trends. In the light of your expertise, what are the common challenges network marketers face and how can they overcome them?

Benjamin:

Building relationships is a big challenge, no matter what method you use, you need to find a way to connect with the person or it’s not going to work. I was trained in many forms of selling initially and it’s never about sales it’s about helping others.

Vandana:

Not all prospects convert into customers. How can network marketers overcome these rejections?

Benjamin:

They are often like “It's not the right time” or not interested in establishing a relationship with the person. It’s moving on and focusing on the positives. Just think that the person wasn’t the right prospect for you.

Vandana:

How important is it for network marketers to attend training sessions? How will it help build their career?

Benjamin:

Training in network marketing is very important either online or in person. It allows you to meet others and become more involved with the members. It’s building bonds during those social times.

Vandana:

What are the three primary goals that an individual should set when beginning their network marketing career?

Benjamin:

  1. Relationships building better.
  2. Helping as many as you can.
  3. Improving their own families' lives.

Vandana:

Today, the competition in the industry is huge and has become hard for network marketers to get through. What is your advice for struggling network marketers to stay motivated in their network marketing career?

Benjamin:

Don’t quit, build those quality friendships and relationships of know, like and trust. You can be a success if you care more about helping people to become a success more than the income from that person. Too many are focused on their own gain than helping someone to improve their lives, helping the family who is struggling to keep ahead because of a parent not being well, living with life health challenges. It’s finding those who identify with your story and going from there.
